The Lake District’s flagship visitor centre, Brockhole offers treetop adventures, archery, mini golf, boat hire and a woodland playground, all set within beautiful gardens on the shores of Windermere. Entry is free.

The Experience

Brockhole is on the A591 between Windermere and Ambleside (LA23 1LJ). Open daily 10 am–5 pm. Free entry. Activities bookable online. Pay-and-display parking.
